       如何訂購 
  • 點擊“購買”按鈕，您選擇的產品會被放置在購物車。
  • 如果你想購買更多的產品，請按“主頁”。
  • 您可以點擊進入購物車，隨時查看您的購物清單，修改購買數量和/或刪除項目。
  • 要確認您的購物清單，按“結帳”，並填寫“您的聯絡資料”表格。

        * “CosmoGalleria” 尊重各顧客私隱，未有獲得您的同意，有關您使於用“CosmoGalleria”網上購物服務的聯絡資料，我們不會對第三者公開或提供。


 How to order 

  • By clicking “Buy” button, the selected product will be placed in shopping cart.
  • If you want to buy more product(s), please click “Home”.
  • You can click into the shopping cart at anytime to review your shopping list, modify the purchase quantity and/or delete item(s).
  • To confirm your shopping list, click “Checkout”, and complete "Your Contact Information" Form.
        * “CosmoGalleria” respects the privacy rights of customers who use “CosmoGalleria” on-line shopping services. We shall not disclose your personal data to any third party without your consent.



 "訂購確認"通知書 

  • 網上訂購後，您會隨即會收到一個自動回覆電郵以確認訂單送出。
  • 同日或下一個工作天內，我們會另電郵寄給你一封“訂購確認”通知書, 以確認訂購產品、折扣、付款金額及付款之銀行資料等。如未有收到通知書，建議您檢查您的垃圾電郵或與我們聯絡。
  • 如“訂購確認”通知書上的訂購產品或金額發現不符, 請於付款前提出修改。

 Order Confirmation Letter 

  • When on-line order completed, you will received an automated e-mail response to confirm that the order has been sent out to us. 
  • We will soon email you an “Order Confirmation” Notice in the same day or the next working day.  The Notice will further confirm your ordered product (s), discount, total payment amount and payment information.  If you do not receive it, we suggest you checking your junk e-mail box or contact us.
  • Please check the details of the Notice and notify us of any discrepancies before making payment.


 付款方法 

    請依據“訂購確認”通知書上的付款日期前完成付款(“訂購確認”通知書發出後的兩天內), 並盡快通知我們(電郵或至電), 以便我們盡快寄出貨品。

 1) 匯豐銀行: (戶口號碼於“訂購確認”內通知)

       *(任何款項通過匯豐銀行櫃檯服務，顧客要求支付10元服務費；然而，透過櫃員機(ATM), 電話轉賬或互聯網轉賬等，則不會收取手續費。)

2) 中國銀行(香港): (戶口號碼於“訂購確認”內通知)

    注意:

    煩請付款後盡快通知以下資料, 方便我們查核後盡快將貨品寄出。 (沒有提供資料，可能導致延遲送貨的安排)

1) 存入之銀行: HSBC / BOC
2) 存入方法: 櫃檯服務 / 櫃員機(ATM) / 電話轉賬 / 互聯網
  轉賬 / 其他
3) 參考編號

        * 建議將存款單據傳遞給我, 有助更有效核數程序。

 Payment Method 

        Please inform us (by email or phone) once you complete the payment.  The payment due date is shown on the “Order Confirmation” Notice.

 1)      HSBC: (Account no. shown on the Notice)

        *(Any payment thru counter service in HSBC, customer is requested to pay $10 service charge.  However, no charges will be incurred for payment thru ATM, phone or internet banking.)

 2)      BOC: (Account no. shown on the Notice)

         Important:

        After you settle the payment, please kindly provide us the following information. (no such information provided may cause late delivery arrangement) 

1)   Name of the Bank: HSBC / BOC
2)   Bank-in method: Counter service / ATM /phone / internet banking / other
3)   Reference number
4)   Delivery address and receiver name

        * To help for an efficient payment check-up and so to proceed for delivery, you are advised to send us a copy of your bank-in receipt.


 送貨安排 

        1) 郵寄 –

  • 除列明之產品，所有訂購產品均獲免費送貨(包括香港、九龍，新界及離島)。
  • 而海外訂購，“訂購確認”通知書內會列明郵費費用。
  • 如閣下希望以掛號收貨，請在“附加資料欄”注明，我們會根據香港郵政掛號費收取HK$15.5。
  • 一般，我們每天4:00後會安排將貨品寄出 (星期一至五)，如我們於下午4:00前收到閣下的付款資料，貨品會於同日寄出。

 Delivery 

        1) Mailing –

  • Except specified products, we offer free local mailing of all products (including Hong Kong Island,Kowloon,New Territories and outlying islands). 
  • For oversea order, postage will be shown in “Order Confirmation” Notice.
  • If you want to receive goods by registration, please remark in “Additional Information”.  According to Hong Kong Post, a fee of HK$15.5 is charged in additional to all destinations.
  • In general, we arrange posting after 4:00pm everyday (Mon-Fri).  If we receive your payment notice before 4:00pm, order will be sent out the same day.
